This training is designed for new staff joining the Residential Team, and also acts as a great refresher for seasoned residential staff. This course explores the basic tenants of Direct care work in a residential setting. The tenants focused on in this training are; Supervision of Minors, Activity Management, Program Schedules and Communication.
